About

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and EMDR-trained clinician with over a decade of experience at the intersection of clinical care, leadership, and human development. I grew up in the Hudson Valley, built my career on both coasts, and now call Southern California home.

My path here wasn't straight. I started in education and history, taught in the classroom, worked in higher education, and eventually followed a pull toward the deeper work of understanding people. I earned my Master's in Counseling from Cal State Fullerton and haven't looked back.

I currently serve as Vice President of Adolescent Services at AMFM Healthcare, and my work has been featured in publications, media interviews, and conferences nationwide. In my private practice, I work with adults and young adults who are ready to stop managing their lives and start actually living them.

Real therapy for real lives. That's what I'm here for.

Approach

Modern Minimalist Chair

You-Centered Care

Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all, and neither are you. Everything we do together is built around your story, your goals, and what you actually need. I bring skill-based, solution-focused tools to the work, but how we use them is always guided by you.

Hand Touching Rock

Real, Honest Support

This is a space where nothing is too messy, too complicated, or too much. I show up as a real person who is present, direct, and genuinely invested, so you can show up as your full self. No scripts. No clinical distance. Just honest, human support.

Flowing Rock Patterns

Forward Movement

Good therapy doesn't just help you understand where you've been, it helps you get where you're going. Whether you're working through something specific or ready to stop treading water and start living differently, we stay focused on what's possible, not just what's painful.
